A Day at the Barossa Valley

Had the wonderful opportunity to take a day trip from Adelaide to the Barossa Valley (fans of Masterchef Australia will know), The Barossa valley is one of the most popular wine producing areas of the world. I booked a online with Bums on Seats .

I was accompanied by 28 others, most of who were Australians (and a few from Singapore). For a first timer like me and judging by my co travellers' reactions - it was a superb experience. We had a lovely day of respectful banter as India was trying to save the Melbourne test match on the last day, only to give it all away in the last hour (they even felt India would go for the win, such was Jaiswal and Pant's aura!)

We stopped at five places (including the famous Maggie Beer's farm)overall and had the most amazing day, sampling nearly 28 wines along the way, with a nice lunch included as well.
