Visited in December 2025 with my family of eleven, we had booked the entire bungalow for three nights.

Thanks to the Mysore expressway, it is now a comfortable 4 hour 45 minute drive from North Bangalore. The property is easy to locate, set amidst the Tata Coffee estates and not far from Pollibetta town. The bungalow is located within the estate, though unfortunately out of bounds for estate walks due to recent wildlife sightings.

You are welcomed by the lovely Sowbhagya at the main gate—her smile and charm are truly divine.

This is a proper five-bedroom bungalow (four bedrooms on the first floor and one on the ground floor). All bedrooms have attached bathrooms with shower or tub options, supported by both solar heating and electric geysers. There is also an additional powder room on the ground floor.

The bungalow can comfortably accommodate 10–12 adults, and two of the bedrooms include an additional small bed area suitable for children, making it comfortable even for a group of up to 15
